What. A. Day.
Jenny & Ethan’s wedding at Manor Hill House had everything you could possibly want from a wedding — sunshine, laughter, a bit of mischief, and a seriously impressive first dance. It was one of those days where the good vibes never let up, and it felt like everyone was just fully in it from start to finish.
The venue itself, was looking absolutely stunning. The sun showed up and didn’t leave, which meant golden light pouring through all day and a perfect setting for photos. Every corner of the place looked dreamy, but still somehow relaxed — exactly the kind of backdrop that lets people just enjoy themselves.
And enjoy themselves they did.
From the moment I arrived, the banter was flowing — big laughs, proper friendships, and that kind of warmth that makes you feel like part of the gang even with a camera in your hand. It was clear Jenny & Ethan had spent time making the day feel personal and full of character, without ever taking it too seriously. My kind of couple.
One of the big highlights? The choreographed first dance. Not just a little sway — we’re talking full routine, nailed perfectly, with guests cheering them on. It was the perfect mix of fun and impressive, and honestly, they smashed it.
Oh — and we can’t forget Betty. Their fur baby was 100% the star of the show. She made her appearance in style, got involved in some portraits (nailed it), and even stole a few hearts along the way. If there’s one thing that takes a wedding day up a level, it’s a well-behaved dog in a bow tie.
Jenny & Ethan’s day was one of those weddings you don’t forget. Full of real moments, proper belly laughs, and so much love — the kind of day that makes me so grateful to do what I do.
If you’re planning your own wedding at Manor Hill House and want laid-back, natural wedding photography that captures the real energy of your day, I’d love to hear from you.
