I am currently taking bookings for 2026 and 2027
I will always send you some sneak peaks within a few days of your wedding. During busy wedding season it can take up to 12 weeks to receive your full gallery, however i like to get galleries completed and sent much sooner, usually within 6 weeks.
I am based in Telford, Shropshire, however shoot weddings all over the UK and have travelled abroad.
The booking process is straightforward. If you’re interested in booking me for your wedding day, please reach out to check my availability. Should your date be open, I’d be delighted to discuss your plans further. If we connect and you decide I’m the right photographer for you, I’ll set you up in my booking system. To secure your date, a small deposit and a signed contract are needed. Approximately 4-6 weeks before the wedding, I’ll contact you to schedule a final meeting to go over the details. The final payment will be due at this meeting.
I limit myself to 25 weddings per year to ensure that I can deliver the highest quality service to my clients. The wedding day marks the beginning of intensive work for me. After each wedding, I dedicate weeks to editing the photos and videos taken on that special day.
On average, clients typically spend £1,350 on their photography services, and the same applies to videography. However, there has been a growing trend among couples to opt for the addition of a videography package, which saves them an average of £200 for both services. I do not offer payment plans at present. A £250 deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one month prior to the wedding. Should you wish to make incremental payments towards your package, you are welcome to do so. A confirmation of payment will be provided for each contribution made towards your balance.
I’ve worked at numerous venues throughout the UK. However, there are times when I encounter a venue where I haven’t worked before. On such occasions, I make it a point to visit the venue beforehand to familiarize myself with the space and meet the staff. It’s beneficial to tour the venue with the couple, discuss their ideas and preferred locations, and gather inspiration for the photography.

Even formal group shots get the relaxed Dana Lewis treatment! I’ll organize everyone efficiently (no one wants to stand around for ages), but I keep the atmosphere light with jokes and banter. All photos are delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery that’s easy to navigate and share. You’ll receive a download link via email, and you can download high-resolution images individually or all at once. Your gallery remains accessible indefinitely – I don’t delete galleries after a certain period, so you can always return to download photos again or share the link with family members who want copies.
Absolutely! If you need certain images rushed for announcements, thank you cards, or social media, just let me know. I can often prioritize specific shots from your day and have them ready within 72 hours. Whether it’s your first kiss as married couple, a special family group, or that perfect confetti shot – I’m happy to fast-track the images that matter most to you right away.

Having one creative professional handling both means better communication, unified vision, and often better value than hiring separate photographers and videographers who may not work well together.
I cannot compare to other videographers. I offer differently in terms of how long your highlight video is and you get full ceremony and speeches. I also don’t put a timeframe on how long your highlight video is.
What happens if you're ill on our wedding day?
Your wedding will still be beautifully captured! I have a trusted team of professional photographers who can step in if I’m unable to shoot due to illness. These are experienced wedding photographers who understand my style and approach, ensuring you still receive the same quality of candid, natural photography you booked me for. I also carry multiple cameras and lenses as backup equipment, so we’re prepared for any situation. Your peace of mind is important to me, which is why I always have contingency plans in place – your special day will be documented no matter what!
